Our company is in the business of purchasing and reselling homes.  Most of the homes we purchase are in need of repairs (some more extensive than others) and we contract skilled tradespeople to inspect, repair, and upgrade faulty portions of the homes.  We then put the property back up for sale - usually just below market value.

A lot of the homes we acquire are through the Short Sale process,or at Sheriff Sale or Bank Owned.  We believe that we are helping the neighborhoods by renovating homes and keeping vacant homes from becoming troublesome for the area.

So it's a winning situation all around.  Short Sales - the owners don't end up with a foreclosure on their record.  Bank Owned - the banks can remove a non-performing asset from their books.  Contractors - we are able to keep people working and provide for their families.  New buyers - they get a remodeled/renovated home for a great deal.

We couldn't think of a better way to make a living!
